Job Title: Bid Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Support Administrator to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating Unique Approval Numbers (UANs) in our system based on documentation received from vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UAN creation in our system (65%)
  • Review documentation from vendors before executing UAN creation (30%)
  • Basic database maintenance (5%)

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP, Excel, and Outlook
  • Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good English level - ideally
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
