Job Title: Bid Support Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for creating UANs (Unique Approval Numbers) in our system based on vendor documentation. This role plays a critical part in meeting daily department SLAs and ensuring quality to avoid TD profit loss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • UAN creation in our system (65%):
  • Review vendor documentation before executing UAN creation (30%):
  • Basic database maintenance (5%):
Requirements:
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, and Outlook:
  • Basic clerical and data entry skills:
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency:
  • Good communication and teamwork skills:
  • Good English level - ideally:
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines:
