B2B & B2C Customer Support (German Speaker)
At Blu Selection, we're looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a B2B & B2C Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both our business clients and individual customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with queries about our services via phone, email, and chat.
- Validating and receiving transactions.
- Using our platform to provide seamless support.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be a native German speaker with advanced business English.
- To be tech-savvy and have good IT knowledge.
- To be customer and quality-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- To be highly reliable, adaptable, and a fast learner.
We offer a competitive salary, 40 hours a week, and a complete relocation package including a flight ticket to Athens, hotel accommodation for 4 weeks, assistance in finding a flat, and a flight ticket to your home and back every year.
