Marketing Analytics and Insight Director

The Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager at Celonis will be responsible for driving the company's data-driven marketing strategy by analyzing complex data sets, deriving actionable insights, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and marketing expertise to optimize campaign performance, improve customer acquisition and retention, and influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all marketing datasets.
- Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of data sources into visualization tools.
- Analyze large datasets from various marketing channels to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify key metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.
- Conduct deep dives into customer data to understand customer journeys, segmentations, and lifetime value.
- Develop and apply predictive models to forecast future marketing outcomes.
- Partner with product, sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with broader business goals.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
