We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Relations Agent to join our team at Camiral Golf & Wellness. As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate guest inquiries and ensure that hotel departments are informed of their requirements.
- Provide concierge services, including making reservations and arranging activities.
- Follow up on guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting.
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification: University degree.
- Minimum experience: 1 year in a similar position in the hotel industry.
- Professional category: Employee.
- Residence: From the province of the vacant.
- Mandatory:
- Previous experience in a similar position in the hotel industry.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High level of English, French, and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of other languages.
- Previous experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels.
- International experience.
