As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's departments, including reception, housekeeping, reservations, and guest relations.

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all hotel rooms and public areas.

Coordinating with other departments, such as maintenance and security, to ensure that our facilities are in top condition for our guests.

Monitoring hotel occupancy, room revenue, and managing room rates and availability.

Supervising the reception and housekeeping teams, providing training and support to maintain high standards of customer service.

Resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Reviewing and analyzing occupancy, revenue, and expense reports for the hotel's rooms department, ensuring that budget objectives are met.

Developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service in areas under your responsibility.

Coordinating check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth experience for our guests.

Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, including those related to facility management and guest safety.


Requirements:
University degree in Tourism, complemented by postgraduate studies such as a Master's in Hotel Management.
Knowledge of complaint management, team management.
Advanced knowledge of office software (Office, SAP) is essential.
High level of English, French, and/or German language skills are required.
Approximately 2 years of experience in similar roles in a 5-star hotel, with experience in housekeeping and guest relations.
International experience is highly valued.
