Our client, Via, is revolutionizing transportation on a global scale by leveraging cutting-edge innovations. Their mission is to create a more sustainable and efficient future for transportation worldwide.
As Via continues to expand in Europe, they are seeking Customer Support Advisors to join their team. These individuals will work closely with the Operations team to build and operate outstanding on-demand services. They can expect a comprehensive introduction to operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about giving great customer experiences and committed to our mission of enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing the world's carbon footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth daily operation of services by handling contacts over the telephone and via email.
- Care for customer satisfaction, ensuring that every contact exceeds expectations.
- Support drivers and passengers by providing timely responses to their queries and concerns.
- Strive for first-contact resolution to efficiently and satisfactorily resolve driver and passenger queries.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A fluent level of both written and spoken German.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
- Experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a Contact Centre environment.
- Patient and empathetic communication skills, as you'll be supporting a paratransit service.
- Autonomy and fast learning abilities to provide effective support and be proactive.
- Solution-oriented thinking to provide the best outcome for customers.
- The ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and show empathy.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations.
