Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to enterprise strategy and brand, legal, and corporate compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify ways to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness within all marketing and advertising channels.
  • Serve as a resource and advisor for marketing and communication issues.
  • Contribute to effective team management of all relevant problems, issues, and opportunities.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements

This role requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, journalism, English, marketing or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Normally requires a minimum of 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharma, or life sciences industry.

Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated success executing marketing initiatives, including launching new products and services, integrating brands, supporting industry events, and guiding advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms with sales, customers, and management.
  • Demonstrated success in group speaking and presentations.
  • Well organized with demonstrated success in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and provide customer service to internal staff.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and integrate cross-functional teams and each of their department needs.
  • Ability to lead without authority.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SmartSheet.

This position is either office flexible or fully remote, depending on proximity to a Cencora office and leadership discretion.
