Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager for Global Consulting Services to join our team at AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation. This role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to enterprise strategy and brand, legal, and corporate compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify ways to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness within all marketing and advertising channels.
  • Serve as a resource and advisor for marketing and communication issues.
  • Contribute to effective team management of all relevant problems, issues, and opportunities.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, journalism, English, marketing or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Normally requires a minimum of 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences industry.

Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated success executing marketing initiatives which may include launching new products and services, integrating brands, supporting industry events, and guiding advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms with sales, customers and management.
  • Demonstrated success in group speaking and presentations.
  • Well organized with demonstrated success in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and provide customer service to internal staff.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and integrate cross functional teams and each of their department needs.
  • Ability to lead without authority.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Teams, SmartSheet).Graphics knowledge helpful.

Work Environment

This position is either office flexible or fully remote depending on proximity to a Cencora office and leadership discretion.

Travel Requirements

Willingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally 1-3 times per year.

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing.
  • Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • 75% or more time is spent looking directly at a computer.
  • Associate is frequently required to stand, walk (or otherwise be mobile).
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise.
