About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging sales role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills. You'll be responsible for building a solid pipeline of new opportunities, executing a sales plan within Industrial and Municipal sectors, and driving revenue growth and business expansion for Veolia WTS's mobile assets and offerings across the territory.

We're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Mobile Water Treatment sales. If you have a deep understanding of the mobile water market, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and can translate customer pain points into compelling value propositions, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of the mobile water market and identify ideal prospects
  2. Understand key market trends, threats, and opportunities by engaging with regional, account, and vertical leaders
  3. Become the go-to person for mobile water solutions in your region
  4. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, key market drivers, and dynamics, and stay up-to-date with competitor offerings
  5. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting strategies
  6. Build accurate forecasts
  7. Build and support key marketing campaigns to grow commercial reach in the mobile water space
  8. Translate key customer pain points and challenges into compelling value stories
  9. Foster commercial relationships and build gravitas to be the 'go-to' person for mobile water solutions and be regarded as a leader in the industry when customers consider shutdowns, expansions, trials, etc.
  10. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  11. Work with relevant teams within Veolia to structure the opportunity and enable additional sales
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bundled offerings and maximize customer value as needed
  13. Leverage existing customer relationships to expand business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  15. Ensure exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including commission and bonuses. We're committed to diversity and give equal consideration to all applications without discrimination.
