Sales Director for Mobile Water Solutions

Veolia is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Mobile Water Treatment sales efforts in the Iberian region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion for our mobile assets and offerings across the territory.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile water market, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate customer pain points into compelling value propositions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the mobile water market and identify ideal prospects
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting strategies
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bundled offerings and maximise customer value as needed
- Ensure exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Advanced Sales skills and solid experience in the sale of solution-based services
- Relevant experience in Water Treatment or related activities
- Strong customer focus and sales mentality
- Ability to work independently from your home office and travel for the role
