Job Description

Veolia is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Mobile Water Treatment sales efforts in the Iberian region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion for our mobile assets and offerings across the territory.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile water market, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate customer pain points into compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the mobile water market and identify ideal prospects
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting strategies
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bundled offerings and maximise customer value as needed
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Advanced Sales skills and solid experience in the sale of solution-based services
  • Relevant experience in Water Treatment or related activities
  • Strong customer focus and sales mentality
  • Ability to work independently from your home office and travel for the role
