Job Overview

As an HR Director at IQVIA, you will provide strategic guidance and support to the HR team, driving the continuous improvement of the HR function through the development and implementation of HR programs. You will work closely with management teams to provide expertise, support, and advice on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with HR specialist functions and Centers of Excellence.
  • Lead the implementation of projects and process improvement activities related to employment legislation, HR systems, practices, and compliance.
  • Provide HR partnering management coaching and counseling to assigned business areas.
  • Act as a Business Partner to assigned business areas, ensuring that HR delivery adds value to the business.
  • Provide input and assist in or lead efforts associated with change management efforts involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions, and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with several years of leadership experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a combination of generalist and specialist experience, including experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
  • Sound knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation.
  • Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of human resources practices, employee regulations, labor laws, and HR Systems.
  • Language skills: proficient in Spanish and English.
