Job Description

Agilent is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, funnel growth, and revenue generation for our pathology business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify business priorities and develop marketing strategies to support those initiatives.
  • Contribute to global marketing programs strategy, representing regional needs and opportunities.
  • Work with regional sales channels to monitor and analyze competitive information and customer data to inform program development.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regional sales channels for solution unit requests and provide field perspective to the solution unit.
  • Collaborate with peers to integrate program strategies across portfolios to align with customer needs along the buyer's journey.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's in pathology, genomics, molecular biology, biochemistry, biology, or medical science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pathology, hematology, or genomics business, preferably with 2 years in sales and/or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of pathology technologies and understanding of the clinical market in EMEA.
  • International business experience in a marketing role in pathology, hematology, or genomics is desirable.
