We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead the development of our premium games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the entire pipeline of premium games development, from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product from scratch, from ideation to launch, ensuring excellent execution and delivery.
- Drive development teams to deliver high-quality games, meeting business objectives and timelines.
- Own the product roadmap, including live and in-development games, and work closely with business development to identify opportunities.
- Pitch game opportunities to potential development partners and publishers.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in the games industry, with a strong background in premium games development.
- Strong expertise in game design, with knowledge of free-to-play development a plus.
- Relevant experience as a Senior Product Manager, Senior Producer, or Lead Game Designer.
- Experience working with outsourced development teams and partners a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and pitching skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to own the project.
- Excellent English language skills.
