About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or RN Case Manager to conduct daily monitoring of hospitalized patients and/or outpatient care, updating notes and keeping records of decisions in our case management system.

  • Secure medical information through assessment by Medical Consultants or Registered Nurses.
  • Provide approvals for defined procedures and follow-ups or liaise with the medical team as required.
  • Liaise with patients and/or families regarding benefit information, itinerary, technical benefits, and arrangements for the case.

As a Nursing Case Manager, you'll review clients' policies, investigate files, and determine the most appropriate course of action. You'll also make billing arrangements (including coverage letters, etc.) and obtain updated bill amounts.

Additionally, you'll coordinate the repatriation of clients alongside our Transportation Services team.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse or RN Case Manager.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
  • Current certificate of competence as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Ability to work shifts consisting of days, evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays (shift premiums available).
  • Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
Compensation and Benefits
