Cloud Solution Product Owner

At Mindquest, we're seeking a skilled Cloud Solution Product Owner to drive the success of our cloud-based solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your focus will be on creating and delivering value for our customers while ensuring that our cloud solutions align with their needs and expectations.

This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

Customer Needs Analysis:

Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand their requirements, pain points, and goals related to cloud solutions.

Identify customer segments, personas, and user stories to guide product development and prioritize features accordingly.

Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and incorporate it into product strategy.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the cloud solution, considering customer expectations and market trends.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, priorities, and deliverables based on customer feedback and business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and other relevant parties, to ensure alignment and timely execution of the product roadmap.

Requirements Definition:

Translate customer needs into clear and actionable product requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.

Create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate product features and interactions, ensuring a robust and fluent customer experience.

Collaborate closely with development teams to refine requirements, provide clarifications, and support agile development processes.

Feature Prioritization and Release Management:

Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and development feasibility.

Plan and manage product releases, including feature scope, timelines, and dependencies, in collaboration with the Project Manager and other relevant teams.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to validate product features and iterate on improvements.

Customer Engagement and Support:

Act as a key point of contact for customer success and support teams, addressing their questions, concerns, and feature requests related to the cloud solution.

Collaborate closely with support teams to understand customer support needs, challenges, and requirements and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
