Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EHS and Sustainability Consultant to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will support the design and implementation of corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies and programs, including diagnostics, compliance and technical audits, awareness raising, training programs, and hazard and risks identification and assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on the design and implementation of corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies and programs.
- Support on the design and implementation of activities related to H&S Training and field coaching, including competency assessment, training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis and assessment.
- Support on the design and implementation of HSE and Sustainability governance processes aimed to drive Operational performance improvement of Organizations.
- Support on specific sustainability activities, such as Low Carbon Economy Transition projects, Carbon neutrality and climate change projects, Life-Cycle Assessments, circular economy, etc.
Requirements
- Substantial, relevant experience across HSE and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry.
- Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management or other relevant disciplines.
- Working knowledge of English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French).
- Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international HSE & Sustainability Guidelines/Standards.
