Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and Sustainability Consultant to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our EHS and Sustainability team, you will work with clients across various industries, including energy, technology, and mining, to design and implement effective EHS and sustainability strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of corporate EHS and sustainability strategies, including diagnostics, compliance, and technical audits.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and improve EHS and sustainability practices among clients.
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments, and provide recommendations for mitigation and control.
  • Support the development of EHS and sustainability governance processes to drive operational performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement low-carbon economy transition projects, carbon neutrality, and climate change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in environmental engineering, natural resources management, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in EHS and sustainability consulting or industry.
  • Working knowledge of English (C1) and proficiency in other languages (French preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international EHS and sustainability guidelines and standards.
