Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional with a passion for sustainability to support our clients in achieving their EHS goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in EHS and sustainability, with experience in designing and implementing EHS management systems, compliance management support, and delivering audit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of corporate EHS strategies and programs, including diagnostics, compliance, and technical audits.
- Develop and implement H&S training programs, including competency assessment, training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis, and assessment.
- Support the design and implementation of HSE and sustainability governance processes to drive operational performance improvement, including risk and opportunity assessment, management system development, and auditing activities.
- Contribute to specific sustainability activities, such as low-carbon economy transition projects, carbon neutrality, and climate change initiatives.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in EHS and sustainability consulting or industry.
- Master's degree in environmental or safety engineering, environmental or natural resources management, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of English (C1) is required, with knowledge of other languages considered a plus (French preferred).
- Good knowledge of Italian EHS legislation and international EHS and sustainability guidelines/standards (e.g., SDGs, TCFD, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, SA8000).
