About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EHS and Sustainability Consultant to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our ERM team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the energy, technology, mining, and multinational corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies and programs for HSE and Sustainability, including diagnostics, compliance, and technical audits.
  • Support the design and implementation of activities related to H&S Training and field coaching, including competency assessment, training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis, and assessment.
  • Support the design and implementation of HSE and Sustainability governance processes aimed to drive Operational performance improvement of Organizations, including deployment of risk and opportunities assessment, development of management systems, planning, and delivery of auditing activities, design, and delivery of training programs.
  • Support specific sustainability activities, such as Low Carbon Economy Transition projects, Carbon neutrality and climate change projects, Life-Cycle Assessments, circular economy, etc.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with substantial, relevant experience across HSE and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry. A Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management, or other relevant disciplines is required. Working knowledge of English (C1) is required, and knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French). Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international HSE & Sustainability Guidelines/Standards (e.g. SDGs, TCFD, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, SA8000) is also required.
