About the Role

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Sustainability professional to join our team in Spain. As an EHS and Sustainability Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients across various sectors, including energy, technology, mining, and multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and implementation of corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies and programs, including diagnostics, compliance, and technical audits.
  • Develop and deliver H&S training programs, including competency assessment, training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis, and assessment.
  • Support the design and implementation of HSE and Sustainability governance processes aimed at driving operational performance improvement of organizations.
  • Lead sustainability reporting requirements, such as CSRD, taxonomy, or non-financial indicators reporting, or voluntary reporting, such as CDP.
  • Support or lead on specific sustainability activities, such as low-carbon economy transition projects, carbon neutrality, and climate change projects.
About You
  • Substantial experience across HSE and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry.
  • Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Working knowledge of English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French).
  • Good knowledge of Spanish HSE legislation and international HSE & Sustainability Guidelines/Standards.
