Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and Sustainability Consultant to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our EHS and Sustainability team, you will work closely with clients across various industries, including energy, technology, mining, and multinational corporate companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of corporate EHS strategies and programs, including diagnostics, compliance, and technical audits.
- Develop and implement training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis, and assessment.
- Design and deliver auditing activities, training programs, and governance processes to drive operational performance improvement.
- Support specific sustainability activities, such as low-carbon economy transition projects, carbon neutrality, and climate change initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management, or other relevant disciplines.
- Substantial experience across HSE and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry.
- Working knowledge of English (C1) is required; knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French).
- Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international HSE & Sustainability Guidelines/Standards (e.g. SDGs, TCFD, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, SA8000).
