Client Advisor Role at Valentino

We value results-driven individuals who are passionate about creating an exclusive experience for our customers. As a Client Advisor, you will master the client journey, create customer emotion and desire, and engage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plan defined by store management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Mastering: Deliver exceptional customer service and create a personalized experience for each client.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and have a strong interest in our brand and product.
- Operations and Visual: Deal with sales and after-sales activities, maintain product quality, and ensure visual display guidelines are followed.
Requirements
- Retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential, second language is preferred
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- High fashion knowledge
