About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our EDIB and Sustainability initiatives. As the Head of EDIB and Sustainability, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our organisational capability and promote widespread adoption of EDIB and Sustainability principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management activities to boost organisational capability and promote EDIB and Sustainability principles
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and drive change metrics to measure the impact of EDIB and Sustainability initiatives
  • Manage communications and learning needs analysis to ensure effective adoption of EDIB and Sustainability principles
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to translate our vision for EDIB and Sustainability into actionable plans
  • Develop targets and frameworks to reduce carbon emissions across the English product group
  • Enable the exchange of ideas and data for evidence-based decision-making

About You

We are looking for a candidate who combines their knowledge and passion for EDIB and Sustainability with their experience of influencing and embedding change in an organisation. You will have high levels of change agility and adapt well when faced with complexity and ambiguity.

You will be able to challenge thinking and question assumptions in a constructive way, as well as understand psychology/behaviours and their influence on how people respond to transition and change.
