About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of EDIB and Sustainability. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management activities, conducting stakeholder analysis, driving change metrics, capturing change impacts, managing communications, and performing learning needs analysis and readiness assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to boost organizational capability and promote widespread adoption of EDIB and Sustainability initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers and develop effective communication plans.
  • Drive change metrics and capture change impacts to measure the effectiveness of EDIB and Sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage communications and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Perform learning needs analysis and readiness assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EDIB and Sustainability, with a strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
