Head of EDIB and Sustainability

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our EDIB and Sustainability initiatives. As the Head of EDIB and Sustainability, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management activities, conducting stakeholder analysis, driving change metrics, capturing change impacts, managing communications, and performing learning needs analysis and readiness assessments.
You will work closely with senior leaders to sponsor change initiatives, help frontline employees build their readiness and adaptability to change, and simplify complex processes while balancing individual changes with required strategic outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in EDIB and Sustainability, with experience in influencing and embedding change in an organization. You will be able to successfully lead the implementation and measurement of our EDIB and Sustainability initiatives, monitor success, and help leaders embed the principles in their teams.
We are looking for a collaborative team player who is passionate about EDIB and Sustainability and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
