EMEA Endoscopy Training and Events Specialist

About the Role: As a vital member of the Endoscopy EMEA team, you will play a key role in managing and executing events, training programs, and medical education activities. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with European and Local Marketing teams to identify needs and execute actions for each activity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Customer Education Team, Marketing Team, Tradeshows & Events, and Business Support to manage events such as educational training programs, expert meetings, advisory boards, webcasts, international congresses, etc.
- Coordinate the preparation of major external events together with the Marketing Operations Manager and all internal and external stakeholders from early stage to post-event debrief.
- Sometimes support trainings and events on-site with Customer Education Specialists and Marketing Team to assist Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) during trainings and internal team during events.
- Communicate course information to countries.
- Manage courses/events registration: building event website, brochures, training materials.
- Assign pre-learning material.
- Collect and submit required event documentation according to compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with countries to ensure proper documentation is in place for event faculty.
- Support events' logistics: room booking, catering, transfers, shipping equipment, coordination with local vendors.
- Monitor inventory management of supplies and products, order supplies when needed.
- Manage tools to aid in the execution of events and training programs: Webcast (Zoom), event management (Cvent), Acuity and SalesForce platform.
- Monitor and manage registration, progress, completion of educational deliverables through metrics and budget data.
- Process course invoices, follow up on HCPs' payments and purchase orders when needed with Business Support.
- Monitor satisfaction through surveys and metrics; analyze data and proactively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management preferred.
- Experience communicating effectively and ability to establish strong relationships.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Seeking continuous process improvement & efficiency by proposing solutions, learning from experience, and implementing new tools.
- Paying attention to details to ensure external & internal satisfaction.
- IT Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook are required. Experience with Cvent, Zoom or SalesForce will be considered a plus.
- Ability to travel (around 15% of time).
Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
