**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive Underwriting excellence for Facultative Business within Marlin Facilities
- Liaise closely with Aon Reinsurance broking divisions in the EMEA Region
- Analyze and track records of risks presented to Marlin Facility, load into system, gather relevant information
- Assist EMEA brokers in finding optimal solutions when deploying Marlin's capacity
- Maintain strong commercial/technical relationships with EMEA network
**Success Factors:
- Proven track record in technical Underwriting
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical, and numerical aptitude
- Proven interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with domestic and international clients, stakeholders, and external bodies
- Good excel skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
