About the Role

We are currently looking to hire a Factory Supply Chain Specialist who will report to our Supply Chain Manager and support various daily tasks to enhance smooth operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Factory Supply Chain on assigned tasks, including liaison with the Planning & Fulfillment team in ERP data management under SCM responsibility.
  • Managing Material Price and Terms & Conditions Control throughout the value chain, from tender to invoice control rules.
  • Measuring Gaps between Tender and Actuals, investigating root causes, and taking adequate corrective/preventive measures.
  • Assisting in Tender Material Costing and Negotiations where applicable.
  • Supporting Analysis and Reporting Tasks, including supplier performance evaluations and claim management.
  • Leading and/or Supporting Company and Contractors' Qualification Processes on assigned suppliers.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Experience as SCM in a similar sector or related industrial field.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive Mindset, Problem-Solving Skills, and Excellent Communication Skills.
