Our company is a leading provider of electrical infrastructure solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Factory Supply Chain Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Factory Supply Chain on assigned tasks, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Liaise with the Planning & Fulfillment team to manage ERP data, including supplier contact details, allocation plans, prices, lead times, MOQs, Incoterms, and payment terms.
- Monitor and control material prices and Terms & Conditions throughout the value chain, from tender to invoice.
- Measure gaps between tender and actual costs, investigate root causes, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- Support tender material costing and negotiate with suppliers as needed.
- Act promptly on assigned issues escalated according to the escalation matrix.
- Conduct analysis and reporting tasks to inform business decisions.
- Lead and/or support company and contractor qualification processes for assigned suppliers.
- Conduct Supplier Performance Evaluations (SPE) on assigned tasks and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Support claim management to maximize compensation to Hitachi Energy and escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Factory Supply Chain team on material cost-cutting and risk mitigation projects.
Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain Management in a similar sector or related industrial field.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Residency in Cordoba or Andalusia area.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
