Hitachi Energy is a pioneering technology leader in the energy sector, dedicated to advancing a sustainable energy future for all. We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Cordoba, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Factory Supply Chain Manager in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in liaison with the Planning & Fulfillment team in ERP data management, including supplier contact details, allocation plans, prices, lead times, MOQs, Incoterms, and payment terms.
- Manage material prices and Terms & Conditions control throughout the value chain, from tender to invoice control rules.
- Measure gaps between tender and actuals, investigate root causes, and take corrective/preventive measures.
- Assist in tender material costing and run tender-specific negotiations where applicable.
- Support analysis and reporting tasks, including supplier performance evaluations and claim management.
- Lead and/or support company and contractors' qualification processes on assigned suppliers.
Requirements
- Experience as SCM in a similar sector or related industrial field.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
