Salesforce Platform Developer

Teladoc Health is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design and implement platform solutions. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will drive efficiency and effectiveness by ensuring best practices and following Salesforce's guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a gatekeeper for declarative configurations and programmatic code changes, ensuring alignment with Salesforce's guiding principles.
- Develop expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex classes, triggers, flows, SOQL/SOSL, Aura, and Lightning Web Component (LWC).
- Write Apex classes, triggers, and use declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder).
- Build integration between Salesforce and external applications using Outbound Messaging, REST/SOAP API, OAuth, and SSO.
- Deploy custom developed Salesforce solutions for clients, including prototyping and code refactoring as needed.
- Aid in the design of business processes, database schemas, and custom user interfaces.
- Customize on the Salesforce Lightning platform, including developing Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Ceremonies.
- Proven leadership experience, effective mentorship, and anecdotal experience of team forming and norming.
- Familiar with CI/CD environment (git & pipelines) and capable of acting as release manager.
- 2+ years of minimum relevant experience with development.
- Referenceable examples of developing custom code for applications.
- Experience in data migration and integration.
- Experience working with Mulesoft is a plus.
- Experience in developing enterprise software using the platform and familiarity with some of the following developer skill sets.
