Job Title: Salesforce Developer

At Teladoc Health, we're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and configuring platform solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness within our growing Salesforce team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a gatekeeper for declarative configurations vs. programmatic code changes, ensuring alignment with Salesforce's guiding principles.
  • Develop expertise in Lightning development, including Salesforce configuration, Apex classes and triggers, flows, SOQL/SOSL, Aura, and Lightning Web Component (LWC).
  • Write Apex classes, triggers, and utilize declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder).
  • Build integration between Salesforce and external applications using Outbound Messaging, REST/SOAP API, OAuth, and SSO.
  • Deploy custom developed Salesforce solutions for clients, including prototyping and code refactoring as needed to declarative solutions like Flows.
  • Aid in the design of business processes, database schemas, and custom user interfaces.
  • Customize on the Salesforce Lightning platform, including developing Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Ceremonies.
  • Proven leadership experience, effective mentorship, and anecdotal experience of team forming and norming.
  • Familiar with CI/CD environment (git & pipelines) and capable of acting as release manager.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of minimum relevant experience with development.
  • Referenceable examples of developing custom code for applications.
  • Experience in data migration and integration.
  • Experience working with Mulesoft is a plus.
  • Experience in developing enterprise software using the platform and familiarity with some of the following developer skill sets.
