Job Title: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic global team within the world's leading travel company. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet business needs and drive exceptional experiences.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with Solution Architects and Development teams to provide end-to-end oversight, guidance, and governance. Your mission will be to identify areas of improvement and deliver solutions to address business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
  • Work with Solution Architects and Development teams to provide end-to-end oversight, guidance, and governance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional specifications into technical design documents
  • Participate in transformational projects aimed at improving processes and optimizing Salesforce capabilities
  • Provide L3 technical support to our L1/L2 support team for more complex issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in delivering successful transformation projects. You will also need to have expertise in Salesforce development, DevOps, and integration with external systems and applications. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
