Job Summary
Teladoc Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and configure platform solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness within our growing Salesforce team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in ensuring best practices and following Salesforce's guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a gatekeeper for declarative configurations versus programmatic code changes, aligning with Salesforce's guiding principles.
- Develop hands-on lightning development experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex classes and triggers, flows, SOQL/SOSL, Aura, and Lightning Web Component (LWC).
- Understand the line between programmatic solutions and declarative solutions.
- Write Apex classes, triggers, declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder).
- Experience in Salesforce, including process builder, triggers, workflow, Lightning components.
- Build integration between Salesforce and external applications using Outbound Messaging, REST/ SOAP API, OAuth, and SSO.
- Deploy custom-developed Salesforce solutions for clients, including prototyping, code refactoring, and deployment.
- Aid in the design of business processes, database schemas, custom user interfaces, and customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform.
- Develop Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Ceremonies, and proven leadership experience, effective mentorship, and teaming forming and norming.
- Familiar with CI/CD environment (git & pipelines) and capable of acting as a release manager.
Requirements and Preferences
- 2+ years of minimum relevant experience with development.
- Referenceable examples of developing custom code for applications.
- Experience in data migration and integration.
- Experience working with Mulesoft a plus.
- Experience in developing enterprise software using the Salesforce platform and experience with some of the following developer skill sets:
