Job Overview
At Teladoc Health, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing Salesforce team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and configuring platform solutions, ensuring best practices, and following Salesforce's guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities
-Design and configure platform solutions using Salesforce configuration, Apex classes, and triggers to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure best practices and follow Salesforce's guiding principles.
-Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, including process builder, triggers, workflow, and Lightning components.
-Build integration between Salesforce and external applications using Outbound Messaging, REST/ SOAP API, OAuth, and SSO.
-Deploy custom-developed Salesforce solutions for clients, including prototyping, code refactoring, and testing.
Requirements
-Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce.com development.
-Proven leadership experience, effective mentorship, and anecdotal experience of teaming, forming, and norming.
-Familiar with CI/CD environment (git & pipelines) and capable of acting as a release manager.
Preferred Skills
-Experience in data migration and integration.
-Experience working with Mulesoft.
-Experience in developing enterprise software using the Salesforce.com platform.
