We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to assist customers in solving problems with their Dyson products.
  • Identify opportunities to promote new and existing products to customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken Swedish language skills.
  • Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
