We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to shape our marketing strategy and drive creative vision for our portfolio of mobile games. As a key member of our team, you will lead the creative direction for all games, inspiring high-quality assets and fostering innovation through new technologies and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy for our mobile games portfolio.
- Lead a high-performing team of creatives, driving excellence in production and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product teams, UA managers, and other stakeholders to ensure strong marketing performance and alignment with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies, enhancing our creative approach to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster innovation by exploring new creative technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record in mobile game marketing and creative production.
