About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management SME to join our team at Infosys Consulting - Europe. As a key member of our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients solve their biggest challenges in today's fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) architecture in line with the organisation's needs, including policies, processes, and tools to manage administrative access.
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM solutions, ensuring they are appropriately integrated with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Regularly review PAM policies to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Perform configuration review of existing systems to identify security issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide IAM/PAM projects, particularly in large organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of PAM concepts, including RBAC, toxic combinations, access monitoring, and principles of least privilege.
  • Experience in technologies such as JAVA, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux, and scripting languages like Powershell and Python.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks, such as SOX, ISAE 3402- SOC1/SOC2, ISO, NIST, HIPAA, and PCI.
  • Good to have security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, Security +, SSCP, and CEH.
