About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management SME to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) architecture in line with our organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PAM policies, processes, and tools to manage administrative access.
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM solutions, ensuring they are integrated with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Regularly review PAM policies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Perform configuration reviews of existing systems to identify security issues and provide recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency).
  • More than 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide IAM/PAM projects, particularly in large organizations.
  • Knowledge of PAM concepts, such as RBAC, toxic combinations, access monitoring, and principles of least privilege.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments related to privileged access, identify potential vulnerabilities, and address security gaps.
  • Lead and manage PAM BAU operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met regularly.
  • Oversee vendors responsible for providing PAM tools and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design, and Operations, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAUTH, OAuth 2.0, Web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST.
  • Knowledge of PAM in DevOps environments, including API management platforms, containerization, and cloud platforms (Google/Azure/AWS).
  • Comfortable working in Unix and Windows environments.
  • Experience in technologies such as JAVA, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Powershell, Python.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks, such as SOX, ISAE 3402- SOC1/SOC2, ISO, NIST, HIPAA, PCI.
  • Good to have security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, Security +, SSCP, CEH.
