About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Lifecycle Management Expert to join our team at the Holcim EMEA Digital Center. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining reliable tools and processes that enable user lifecycle management activities for employees and third parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain EMEA's Identity and Access Management solution, including connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration, and third-party system integration.
  • Develop and improve the customer identity and access management solution, supporting B2B and B2C scenarios.
  • Develop an effective plan for application onboarding and integration.
  • Optimize automatic access rights provisioning.
  • Perform analytical role mining and entitlement analysis.
  • Provide support for building, configuring, and architecting the EMEA identity platform.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Privileged Access Management solutions.
  • Support and manage dynamic infrastructure as a code based on public cloud technologies.

Requirements

  • Information technology university degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience programming in Java.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IAM workforce, performing architecture, implementing, and maintaining workforce IAM solutions, ideally with Sailpoint IAM solutions (Identity IIQ or identitynow).
  • Hands-on experience working with Federation Protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID) and Single Sign-On integrations.
  • Previous experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management solutions (Cyberark, Safeguard).
  • Ability to work effectively with third parties, including offshore and nearshore service providers.
  • Assist in prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Spanish, French, Arabic, German, and/or other languages used in the countries in which we operate would be an advantage.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience working with CIAM products (SAP CDC (Gigya), Forgerock, or WSO2) would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in DevOps tools and operations (Jenkins, Cloud Formation, Elastics) would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in order languages different from Java for backend development, such as Python, would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with AWS cloud technologies in a DevOps mode would be an advantage.
