About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Applications Lifecycle Management Lead to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our global business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts and capabilities to ensure global business applications are consistent, compliant, and compatible with each other.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve solution compatibility issues and ensure seamless integration with other solutions and platforms.
  • Define and manage ALM functionalities and tools for managing the global solutions lifecycle, including SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Establish and maintain ALM processes and ensure adherence to these processes by development and operations teams.
  • Partner with Audit, IT Controls, and Information Security teams to ensure adoption of controls, reduce risks, and improve security.
  • Manage internal and external resources and delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with technologies, enterprise applications, and project management in a global environment.
  • Experience deploying and delivering application lifecycle management solutions using SAP Solution Manager or similar solutions.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English spoken and written, with other languages an asset.
