At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, we're seeking a talented Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our Consumer Services and Solutions organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer retention and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute programs to retain and grow customers across the customer lifecycle.
  • Launch experiments to increase subscriber engagement, retention, and revenue, and implement winning concepts at scale.
  • Design and launch subscriber communications experiences for new and existing services, and develop customer journeys to guide experience design.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to enhance product and improve KPIs.
  • Lead customer communications initiatives to improve engagement and retention, maintaining consistent messaging throughout customer interactions.
  • Measure initiative performance and communicate results.
  • Champion customer perspective using customer data, survey feedback, and NPS feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business, with an MBA or applicable Master's degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience leading customer-centric email, CRM, and/or multi-channel engagement, retention, or lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Proven experience driving impact across the lifecycle via digital channels.
  • Wide-ranging knowledge of customer journey, lifecycle, and related tools and platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation/CRM software and email tools, and creating workflows.
  • Experience in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management.
  • Analytic and data-driven with demonstrated ability to understand key performance drivers and turn insights into actionable tactics.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
