About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management SME to join our team at Infosys Consulting - Europe. As a key member of our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients solve their most complex challenges in today's fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) architectures aligned with organizational needs, including policies, processes, and tools to manage administrative access.
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Regularly review PAM policies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Perform configuration reviews of existing systems to identify security issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise-wide IAM/PAM projects, particularly in large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of PAM concepts, including RBAC, toxic combinations, access monitoring, and principles of least privilege.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency).
  • Ability to work in a Unix and Windows environment, with experience in technologies such as JAVA, C#, SQL, RDBMS, and Linux.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, Security+, SSCP, and CEH are a plus.
