As a Supply Chain Operations Manager at Colt Technology Services, you will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, controlling, and overseeing supply chain activities. This role is part of the company's inclusive environment and is a member of the myGwork platform, which supports the LGBTQ+ business community.

Colt provides network, voice, and data centre services to thousands of businesses worldwide, allowing them to focus on their business goals instead of underlying infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for effective warehousing, logistics, and control tower operations to ensure accurate stock control and fulfillment to agreed SLAs.
  • Manages logistics services sourcing activities and operational and financial relationships with logistics third parties.
  • Optimizes storage and transport of inventory across Colt, including non-European locations.
  • Develops operational inventory management models with logistics third parties and local operational teams to support efficient equipment delivery.
  • Manages the operational delivery of inventory into the Investment Recovery Process for revenue partners.
  • Ensures accurate accounting and control processes are maintained and audited regularly.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain and/or field service operational environment.
