Supply Chain Operations Manager

Colt Technology Services, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join their team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, controlling, and overseeing supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure the effective execution of the supply chain strategy and the efficient management of operations.
- Accountable for effective warehousing, logistics, and control tower operations that ensure accurate stock control and fulfillment to agreed SLAs.
- Develops operational inventory management models with Logistics 3rd parties and local operational teams to support efficient equipment delivery.
- Ensures accurate accounting and control processes are maintained and audited regularly.
- Establishes and manages key stakeholder and supplier relationships, both externally and internally.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain and/or a field service operational environment.
- Ability to manage a team across multiple countries and communicate clearly in English.
- Ability to negotiate at a senior management level with suppliers and Colt peers.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- High personal standards in terms of integrity/trust.
