Supply Chain Operations Manager

Colt Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join their team in Barcelona. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, controlling, and overseeing supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure effective execution of the supply chain strategy and efficient management of operations.
- Accountable for effective warehousing, logistics, and control tower operations that ensure accurate stock control and fulfillment to agreed SLAs.
- Develop and implement operational inventory management models with Logistics 3rd parties and local operational teams to support efficient equipment delivery.
- Manage the operational delivery of inventory into the Investment Recovery Process for revenue partners.
- Establish and manage key stakeholder and supplier relationships, both externally and internally.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain and/or a field service operational environment.
- Ability to manage a team across multiple countries and communicate clearly in English.
- Excellent analytical skills and high personal standards in terms of integrity/trust.
- Self-motivated with inner drive and determination, flexible and proactive attitude, and strong team player skills.
