Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Administrator to join our team in Madrid Regional Office. The ideal candidate will provide administration support to the Commercial team, assisting in reporting and general administration related to the commercial aspect of the business.

The role involves providing support to the Country Commercial Manager on all aspects of reporting, compiling reports on competition within the region, liaising with Store, B&M team, and the Depot on stock issues, and supporting the Core lines process in the region.

You will be responsible for creating and updating communications for Retail Communication Application, compiling and updating Weekly and Period Trade Reports, facilitating NLP checks, and working with collections and returns from both Stores and B&M team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Commercial Manager on all aspects of reporting.
  • Assist in compiling reports on competition within the region.
  • Liaise with Store, B&M team, and the Depot on stock issues across all departments.
  • Support the Core lines process in the region.
  • Create and update communications for Retail Communication Application.
  • Compile and update Weekly and Period Trade Reports.
  • Facilitate NLP checks and work with collections and returns from both Stores and B&M team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience and competence with business software such as Microsoft Office, ability to operate within a highly pressurized and fast-paced environment, accuracy, attention to detail, and a pro-active approach.

You will also need excellent planning, organizing, and co-ordinating skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of energy, and a positive can-do attitude.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of €30,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience.
