Job Overview
The Strategic Operations Coordinator will play a key role in managing and optimizing operational processes for the Capital Raising Unit team. This includes ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date and functional, implementing new features in collaboration with Marketers and IT, delivering clear dashboards to help manage and monitor commercial activity, and improving internal workflows to reduce administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM with information collected by the senior team, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Liaise with other departments and investment teams to ensure integration and proper operation of tools and processes.
  • Create clear dashboards to help monitor sales activity and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Develop and implement new marketing and sales tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you should possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operational roles or project management, preferably within finance, consulting, or asset management industries.
  • Proven skills in process optimization and tool management (CRM, ERP, or reporting systems).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and experience with CRM platforms.

About the Role
This is a full-time position with competitive salary ranging from $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
