As a Program Manager on our team, you will work closely with product, tech, compliance, legal and operational teams to conceptualize and implement key features and processes for improving seller experience and achieving business goals.
You will actively seek ways to improve product related process efficiencies and effectiveness, proactively identify gaps or blockers to seller experience, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate about Seller Experience, data and detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple deliverables, collaborative and has excellent business acumen and business communication skills.
Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth running of EPR reporting cycles, working closely with legal and compliance to ensure Amazon meets reporting obligations, and communicating updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders.
A successful candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience, business analytics/sql experience, and experience in designing, implementing and managing operations of technical products or online services.
Salary: Estimated $140,000 - $160,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. This salary range is not provided by Amazon but estimated based on similar positions in the industry.
